Braud Company started as a small business in Geismar, Louisiana, mainly in welding supplies. Shortly thereafter I realized that there was a need for a more complete supply business that could offer a variety of welding and industrial supplies with an emphasis on service. Service meaning delivery when you need it.
However, you can't do any of this in a 1,500 sq. ft. building so I moved to a 9,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse on River Road in Geismar and began building a sales and service team to make all this happen.
Today, Braud Welding and Industrial Supply has 28 employees, 17 vehicles and over 22,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space.
Over all, we plan for moderate growth in the future so as to be able to stay in touch with the valued customers that got us here today and handle the new ones whose paths we cross in the future.
